About Us
Three Quays International FZE is a sister company of world wide leading marine consultancy group “Burness Corlett – Three Quays” which was established in 1968 in UK. The ownership of Three Quays was transferred to Oceanic Investment Corporation Ltd by the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Co, in 2004.
The Dubai office was formed in April 2005 as a separate company, namely Three Quays International FZE, a free zone enterprise registered in Dubai Maritime City with responsibility line to the Chairman and Directors of Oceanic Investment Corporation in UK.
The Oceanic Investment Corporation already owned a number of companies which have a significant presence in the marine services market; these include the Burness Corlett & Partners Group and Maritime Corporate who were formed in 1952. Oceanic is chaired by Barry Gilmour who was also appointed as Chairman of Three Quays Marine Services.
In the summer of 2005, Three Quays was amalgamated with Burness Corlett & Partners to form Burness Corlett – Three Quays with UK offices in London, Isle of Man, Newcastle, Bristol, Southampton and overseas offices in Dubai and Sydney.

Most routine activities are conducted by the Dubai office staff and where specialist or surge input is required, this is obtained from our sister companies.
